Goal Accomplished: Start A Blog
I think this is a fairly obvious accomplished goal. In the past 30 days, I’ve become a blogger.
A common rule of thumb is that it takes about 21 days to develop a habit. By my calculations, if that’s true, then by 30 days you’ll be halfway to forming an addiction.
For that reason, for the past 30 days, I’ve been posting a new blog entry every day. This was to get into the habit of writing posts and of developing my writing voice.
I’ve been wanting to write for a long time, and a blog is the perfect outlet. If I’m writing like an ESL student sweating through his broken essay on “Hucklberri Finn” then no one’s going to care what I have to say and I won’t have readers. Through a blog, I can get immediate feedback on style, content, and anything else I’m looking to develop, and I’ll know if I’m developing in the right direction.
With that said, now that my 30 day writing challenge is over, I’ll be posting less frequently. I burned out on good content in the last few days simply because all the great ideas I have would take more than one day to write.
Expect better posts and videos soon. I should be having new content up three or so times a week, and more if I get the inspiration.

I am now experiencing remorse for taunting you – I have lost my edge. Your big head article was funny . . . and I may incorporate the lateral delt exercises, didn’t know about the pinky pour.
